Deaerators are used to free the oil from air trapped prior to Deordorisation. This cylindrical vessel with level controls for uniform feeding of oil to deodser ooriperates under vacuum.

Deodoriser is the heart of the refining. Veendeep supplies Multi stage deodorizers. In the first stage, the oil is heated to as high as 270° C for proper deodorising. Then the oil flows to the second stage i.e stripping trays where the stripping and deacidification in case of physical refining takes place. Then the oil enters heat exchanger cum cooler stage where the oil is cooled under vaccum and leaves the deodoriser at 100°C .
