The oil thoroughly mixed with earth in the oil earth mixer is then transferred to the Bleacher. It is a 2 stage vessel. In the first stage, Oil is heated to 100°C and in the second stage, bleaching takes place. Veendeep supplies steam agitated bleachers without any stirrers or mechanical parts, thus making it energy efficient and maintenance free.

Batch bleachers are ideally suited for small capacity plants. A cylindrical vessel with dished ends and heating coils . It is also fitted with stirrers for thorough mixing of earth with oil. As a result superior quality oil with no traces of soaps, pigments and metals is obtained.
